मुंबई महानगर क्षेत्रामध्ये अकरावी ऑनलाइन प्रवेश प्रक्रियेसाठी नोंदणी अर्ज व पसंतीक्रम अर्ज भरण्यास सुरुवात झाली आहे. मात्र विद्यार्थ्यांना प्रवेशाचे कोणतेही टेन्शन घेण्याची गरज नाही. कारण दहावी उत्तीर्ण झालेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांच्या संख्येहून अकरावीसाठी उपलब्ध असलेल्या जागांची संख्या अधिक असल्याची माहिती आहे.

Online Application Procedure

Phases and steps
Phase-I (Application Form)

  • Purchase information booklet from school / guidance center
  • Read it carefully before filling sample form
  • Find Login ID and Password in the booklet
  • Visit your school to understand the procedure
  • Visit the website http://fyjc.org.in/mumbai
  • Log in using ‘login ID’ and ‘password’ given in information booklet for first login.
  • Change the password, and keep in your mind for your next logins
  • Add security questions, keep the answers in your mind
  • Take printout of all credentials
  • Follow screen instructions and proceed with the online application step by step
  • Confirm your application form.
  • Applicants with any grievance or correction in data, Get the form and documents approved from school or guidance center
  • Applicants other than open category or open category applicants claiming any reservation, get the form and documents approved from school or guidance center

Phase II Option Form

  • Add your stream wise options for colleges in the ‘Option Form’.
  • Check and confirm your ‘Option Form

Phase III Admission Process

  • After declaration of result, first merit list published.
  • If you are allocated a college, secure your admission in allocated college.
  • You will get a betterment chance only ones in any one of the successive rounds and remain in online admission process.
  • If you are not allocated a college in the first merit list, wait for next merit list.
  • If you are allocated a college but you do not secure admission, You will be out of Process.
  • Second merit list published.
  • If you are allocated better college in betterment round then Cancel admission from previous college and take admission in the new college.

List of Documents required For 11th Admission 2016

Applicants are required to submit the following documents (as applicable) at the time of admission.
7.1 Original Marks List of std. X or equivalent examination.
7.2 Original School Leaving Certificate.
7.3 Original Hall Ticket (for CBSE students only)
7.4 Original Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority appointed by the State of Maharashtra (if applicable). Please note that the quota against constitutional reservations is available only to the applicants originated & domiciled in State of Maharashtra. It is not available for applicants originating from outside the State of Maharashtra.
7.5 Sports, Art & Culture (if applicable). For Art & culture : Applicants should possess any one of the following certificates.
a) Certificate showing passing of the examination in Music/Dance conducted by Akhil Bharatiya
Gandharva Mahavidyalaya. Or,
b) Certificate awarded for winning the prize for Acting in the Bal Natya Competition conducted
by the Directorate of Art & Culture.
List of eligible students is declared by the office of the Director of Art and Culture
Maharashtra State, old Secretariet (Annex), first floor, Madam Cama road, Mumbai.
These students should obtain necessary certificate from the concerned District Education
Inspector / Education Officer or an officer authorised by them (Certificate Proforma is on
page 15)
 
(Ref. G.R. No. HSC/1707/ (222/07)/UMASHI-1 dated 25th March 2010 and Govt.
circular No. Admi-2014/case no. 81/sd-2, Date 23/05/2014).
For Sports: Applicants should possess any one of the following certificates obtained while
studying in standards VIII, IX, or X.
As per government resolution dt. 26th june 1997
a) Certificate showing that the student has secured first or Second position at the District/
State/National level.
b) Certificate showing that the student has won Medal at the zonal level or the certificate
showing that the student has participated in the State/National level competitions organized
by the Indian Schools Games Association or Indian Games Authority.
c) Certificate showing that the student has won Medal at the State level or the student has
participated in the State/National level competitions organized by the Indian Olympic
Association or Maharashtra Olympic Association.
These certificates should be authenticated by the District Sports Officer or Regional
Deputy Director (sports) in the prescribed form given in this booklet.

and 25th March 2010].
7.6 Wards of the Employees of State Government/Central Government/Private Sector coming on
transfer in the MMR (if applicable) Original Certificate showing transfer of the employee from
outside MMR to MMR on or after 1st October 2014. Further, the ward must have passed std.
X or equivalent examination from a school outside MMR.

7.7 Wards of Servicemen and Ex-Servicemen (if applicable):
For Servicemen: Service Certificate.
For Ex-Servicemen: Discharge Certificate or, Certificate issued by District Sainik Board.
7.8 Wards of Freedom Fighters (if applicable): Applicants who are dependent on the freedom
fighters and are so nominated by the freedom fighters, must submit a certificate issued by the
District Collector to that effect.

7.9 Physically handicapped (if applicable): Certificate issued by the Civil Surgeon or the Dean of any  Government/Municipal hospital, showing at least 40% disability. Students with learning disability must produce a certificate issued by the competent authority.

Rules for Admission 2016

4.1 Students passing Std X examination of Maharashtra State SSC Board or an equivalent examination with English as one of the subject are eligible for admissions to FYJC Classes.
4.2 There shall be no interview or test prior to admissions to FYJC classes.
4.3 As per the circular of the Maharashtra State Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board
Pune, No. RA Man/Papui/Gen. Math/4050 dated 2nd June 2008; students who have opted for General Mathematics in Std. IX and X, are not eligible for admissions to the bifocal subjects. They are not eligible to opt for Mathematics in any of the streams.
4.4 At the time of applying on-line, applicants from reserved category should produce an appropriate caste certificate issued by the competent authority appointed by the Government of Maharashtra failing which their applications can not be processed in the reserved category. Such applications by default will be processed in the open merit category.
4.5 Applicants applying under special reservation category viz.
a) Sports, Art & Culture
b) Wards of the Employees of State Government / Central Government / Private Sector coming on transfer in the MMR on or after 1st October, 2015.
c) Wards of Servicemen and Ex-Servicemen
d) Wards of Freedom Fighters
e) Handicapped
should produce relevant documents/certificates* in original at the time of applying online, failing
which their applications will not be processed under special reservation category. Such applications by default will be processed in open merit category.
