For the Admission of B.Ed. & M.Ed. Candidates have to appeared for the Maharashtra state CET 2016. Online Application are invited for the CET through official website www.mahacet.org or www.dhepune.gov.in. Application Forms can be filled up upto the 23 May 2016.

The Government of Maharashtra passed an Act i.e. Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Education Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fees) Act, 2015 for admission to various Health Sciences, Engineering and Pharmacy Courses of all Private Unaided, Government and Government Aided colleges. As per said act Commissioner and Competent Authority, State Common Entrance Test Cell conducted MHT-CET-2016. This examination was scheduled on Thursday, 5th May 2016. The said examination was conducted at 1054 centers at the 36 district head quarters in State of Maharashtra.

For MHT-CET 2016 total 4,09,276 eligible candidates were given admit cards. Instructions were issued to keep proper Police Bandobast at each Examination Centre. On the day of examination section 144 to be promulgated between 6.00 am at 8.00 pm to each examination center.
Result of MAHCET 2016 BEd, MEd
The result of MHT-CET 2016 shall be declared on or before 1st June, 2016. The programme of admission process shall be declared through notification in leading news papers for information to the candidates and their parents, in due course.
