FIRST INFORM THE SENIOR/ MANAGEMNT SO THAT OTHER ARANGEMENT TO BE MADE GREET HIM AND ASK HIM TO HAND OVER ALL THE RESPOSIBILY THAT ARE HIS CONCERN,SO THAT ANOTHER CAN COVER UP THE WORK. TO AVOID PENDING ON HIS BEHALF
