Maratha reservation process will be completed till the end to November. Till the Maratha community reservation matter isn’t get solved the 72 thousand recruitment will be suspended as said by the Devendra Fadanvis.
in Mega Bharti Maratha community is thinking that they are disrespecting in this recruitment. So now as decided to give reservation to Maratha community. In this mega recruitment schedule caste, schedule tribe, OBC, Maratha will provide with reservations till then the recruitment process will not be start.

State government will conduct recruitment for 72000 in to two steps. For this recruitment 16% reservation will be available for Maratha as said by the Chief Minister Devendra Fadanvis said. He said that from total 72000 thousand vacancies 16% reservations is available till the courts orders.

Maharashtra Recruitment 5 Years Condition
State Government decide to fill up the 72 thousand vacant seats in coming two years. From these 36 vacancies will get filled this year & remaining 36 will be on next year. For these recruitment Government has some new conditions.
For teachers recruitment, the recruitment initially will be for five years contract basis. After that as per the performance the recruitment may get permanent. As for teacher service recruitment for 3 years contract, this get extend to 5 year for contract. Also for this year 36 thousand recruitment process which will going to fill this year will be only for contract basis for 5 years & as per the performance of the candidates the posts may get permanent. On State level the posts of district level teacher service, Agricultural service & Gram sevak will be recruit initially for 5 years contract basis. After completion of the 5 year as per the eligibility & performance the posts will get permanent basis.
