RTE Gujarat Admission 2024-25 : Right to Education Admission RTE in the academic year 2024-25. Online form for admission under Can be filled from 14/03/2024 to 12:00 hours on 26/03/2024. During the admission process, the parent must submit the required Aadhaar proofs such as proof of date of birth, proof of residence, proof of caste/category, proof of income from the competent authority, income tax return, and non-taxable income in case the income tax return is not filled. Self-declaration (where applicable) etc. original supporting documents have to be uploaded online. The print of the online form should be kept by the guardian. The form filled online will not have to be deposited anywhere.

Special Tip for Parents on Form Filling:

           Before filling the form carefully read the required documents for filling the form mentioned on the homepage and the details of the documents to be uploaded while filling the form to avoid cancellation of your form. And will definitely upload all the original documents as requestedThe form will be rejected if faded,xerox copy and illegible documents are uploaded.
           So, if the residence proof is in two pages , then both the pages have to be uploaded in PDF format . E.g.Election card and Aadhaar card with residence details given on back side, both pages have to be compulsorily uploaded in PDF format. If only the front page is uploaded, your form will be liable to be canceled in case the residence details cannot be verified. Take special note of that.

Required documents for filling the form

If any of the above mentioned Aadhaar, registered rent agreement is not required.
– In case none of the above grounds are present, registered lease agreement – registered lease agreement as per Gujarat Stamp Act 1958 will be considered valid.
(Notarized rental agreement will not be valid)
2 Parent’s Caste Certificate Certificate from Mamlatdarshree or Social Welfare Officer, Taluka Development Officer or Competent Authority
3 birth certificate Gram Panchayat/Nagar Palika, Metropolitan Municipality, Birth/Hospital Registration Certificate/Anganwadi, Balwadi Registration Certificate/Notarized Affidavit of Parents or Guardian
4 Photograph Passport size color photograph
5 Income certificate of guardian Income proof certificate from Mamlatdar or Taluka Development Officer will be accepted. At the village level, the income pattern given by the Talati of the e-Gram Panchayat will be considered valid and that dt. Only after 01/04/2021 will be considered valid.    
6 BPL The guardian belonging to BPL category from 0 to 20 marks has to submit the example of Taluka Development Officer or Director, District Village Development Agency for rural area while for urban area Deputy Municipal Commissioner or competent authority authorized by the Municipal Corporation, Chief Officer of Municipal Corporation in case of urban area. The specimen and specimen of the chief executive officer or administrative officer in the notified area has to be submitted. In the urban areas where there is no list of BPL category beneficiaries having 0 to 20 points (score), the beneficiary included in the BPL list has to produce the certificate with the BPL list number from the competent authority. BPL ration card will not be considered as BPL Aadhaar.

8 an orphan child A certificate from the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) of that district
9 A child in need of care and protection A certificate from the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) of that district
10 Kindergarten children A certificate from the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) of that district
11 Children of Child Labourers/ Migrant Labourers which is the certificate of the Labor Officer of the Labor and Employment Department of that district
12 Children with cerebral palsy Civil Surgeon Certificate
13 Children with Special Needs (Divyang) Civil Surgeon’s Certificate (Minimum 40%)
14 (ART) children receiving anti-retroviral therapy Civil Surgeon Certificate
15 Children of Martyred Jawans Example of the competent authority of the concerned account
16 For the category where children have only one daughter Example of Talati Cum Minister for Rural Area, Chief Officer for Municipal Area and Competent Officer for Municipal Area having only daughter (Single Girl Child)
17 Children studying in Government Anganwadi Students who have studied in a Government Anganwadi for at least 2 years and whose names are registered on the ICDS-CAS webportal means that the students who have studied in that Anganwadi must submit an attested copy of the Anganwadi Worker of the concerned Anganwadi or the competent authority as determined by the Govt from time to time.

21 Self Declaration In case of not having PAN card / having PAN card but not filed income tax return , it is mandatory to upload self -declaration of non-taxable income attached herewith while filling the online form.
