- ANTI RAGGING AFFIDAVIT (PROPERLY SIGNED) IN NON JUDICIAL STAMP PAPER OF RS. 10/- (FORMAT GIVEN IN THE UNIVERSITY WEBSITE)
- PROOF OF DOMICILE (CERTIFICATE ISSUED FROM LOCAL MUNICIPALITY/PANCHAYET)
- REQUISITE ADMISSION FEES IN CASH (DISPLAYED IN THE UNIVERSITY WEBSITE)
