Call Letter ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માટેની અગત્યની સુચનાઓ : –
(i) Select Job માથી જાહેરાત પસંદ કરો.
(ii) તમારી અરજીનો કન્ફર્મેશન નંબર (૮ આંકડાનો)  અને  જ્ન્મતારીખ નાખો.
(iii) Ok બટન પર ક્લિક કરતાં પહેલા POPUP Blocker Off કરવું જરૂરી છે , જેથી Call Letter નવી Window  માં ખુલશે.
(iv) Printer Settings માં A4 Size પેજ સેટ કરવુ જેથી Call Letter ૨ પેજ માં આવે.
(v) Call Letter ના પ્રથમ પેજ માં હાજરીપત્રક અને બીજા પેજમાં ઉમેદવાર માટેની સૂચનાઓ હશે.
